We insist both staff and guests stay home if they are experiencing COVID symptoms, not feeling well or have a fever. We will be happy to credit your tickets for another visit, just email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please understand our staffing is limited and we will respond as soon as we can.
Entering our building
Face masks are required at all times unless seated for eating and drinking. Our staff will wear masks at all times and are following strict protocols. You must have your nose and mouth covered when wearing your mask. You will be denied entry without a mask. In accordance with CDC recommendations, this includes those who have received the COVID-19 vaccination.
You will be required to check in at the box office for a temperature check. If you have a fever, you will be denied entry and we will credit your tickets for another visit.
Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the building for guests and staff.
If you arrive before your theater seats, please socially distance in the bar areas or at our outside seating until the theater opens. Floor decals are marked throughout the building to assist all with 6’ social distancing guidelines.
Extra staff on each shift assigned to sanitize surfaces and touch points frequently.
Limited capacity in each theater
We are limited to 25% capacity. We have blocked off every other row and once tickets are purchased, 2 seats on either side are blocked off to provide social distancing in the theater. This will easily limit each theater below 25%. Check out this video to see how seat selection works.
Please pull up our menu on your phones using the link in your ticket confirmation email or the QR codes at each theater entrance or the box office.
You will receive an individual order packet upon greeting which includes a sanitized pen and order cards. We are only accepting written orders to limit verbal interactions.
Please plan ahead during our preshow while looking at the menu on your phone. No phones will be allowed once the movie begins. We suggest determining any refills or your second order upfront on a second order card, so you can simply put up the flag when ready for another round or dessert during the movie.
Use the same individual pen to sign your check at the end of the movie. You can store the packet in our table menu holder.
There will be no seat swapping in theaters. If you are unhappy with your seats, we will credit you for another visit.
We will fully sanitize and deep clean each theater after every movie screening. We are also closed Mondays for a deep clean of the entire building.
