Nitehawk’s second location, Nitehawk Prospect Park, is slated to open winter 2018.
Are you hiring?
We are not currently hiring for the new location, but interested parties are always welcome to send resumes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Nitehawk own the new location?
No, we’ve entered into a long-term lease with the new owners 188 Prospect Park West L.L.C., which purchased the space in August 2016.
I’D LIKE TO PLAN A SPECIAL EVENT AT NITEHAWK PROSPECT PARK. WITH WHOM SHOULD I SPEAK?
We’d love to welcome you and your event at our second location! Any interested parties should email our events manager at email@example.com. More information on what we currently offer can be found on our Venue Rentals page
What are the hours of operations? Will you be open for matinees?
The hours of operations will be similar to our current Williamsburg location: Monday-Friday, first-run shows will begin around 3:30 p.m. and last show around 10:00 p.m. On weekends, brunch begins around 11:00 a.m. and we will have midnite screenings on Friday and Saturdays.
Will Nitehawk show kid-friendly movies at the new location?
With seven screens, we look forward to being able to introduce more classic and new films for a younger audience.
Can my kids go to the movies by themselves?
No. We will still have our age policy requiring any patrons under age 18 to be accompanied by an adult.
Will Nitehawk be prepared to offer menu items to guests with dietary restrictions or preferences?
Yes. We always have menu items for those with a Vegan, Gluten-free, or Vegetarian diet. Our servers are always able to answer questions on items regarding allergies as well. When in doubt, we always speak to a chef. We do not keep a kosher kitchen, so those are not items we can prepare.
Will you show films on 35mm and 70mm?
Nitehawk is committed to continuing to show rare prints and enhanced ways of viewing films our guests love. We can confirm that we will continue to show 35mm, and 4 of our 7 screens will have 35mm reel to reel capability. In the coming months we will be able to confirm additional print formats.
Will you have the same menu?
Guests at the Nitehawk Prospect Park location can continue to expect some of our signature dishes (like tater tots and our signature burger) and all-around quality and service, but we will introduce new shared plates and menu items.
What will the programming be like?
Park Slope can expect the same dine-in concept as Nitehawk Williamsburg, same vibe and diverse mix of repertory and first-run programming, including more family-friendly programming. The size of the venue will also allow for quality Hollywood blockbuster first-run films as well as independent films. As always, we’ll be very judicious in what we choose.
Will the new theater be wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Nitehawk Prospect Park will have elevator access.
