Zero Tolerance Disruption Policy
To ensure the proper viewing experience for your fellow patrons, we insist on no talking or phone use during our films. Nitehawk reserves the right to ask patrons to leave without refund if they disturb others. You will only receive one warning about disruptive behavior, anything further will result in expulsion from the theater without refund.
Seating and Exchange Policy
Please plan on arriving 25 mins prior to showtime. We have custom pre-shows to watch in all theaters while you get settled and start your order with our servers.
RESERVED TICKETS: Please have your order confirmation email open on your mobile device. Servers will check your tickets and assist with finding your seats. No need to print your tickets.
Once purchased, tickets are not eligible for refund. We can offer an e-credit for future visits if we are contacted a minimum of four hours before showtime with your request. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information regarding tickets.
For FILM FEAST TICKETS: Film Feast tickets are not eligible for refund. In the case you are unable to attend, please notify us at least one week prior to the event. We can offer an e-credit for the total value of your tickets that can be used for future ticket purchases. No credits or refunds will be given within a week of the Film Feast.
For SPOONS, TOONS & BOOZE TICKETS: Spoons Toons & Booze tickets are not eligible for refund or e-credits. If you are unable to attend we will happily offer you a Nitehawk Voucher. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event. Vouchers can be used Monday – Thursdays (after the first week of a film), and not on holidays. Vouchers do not expire.
How Things Work at Nitehawk
Theaters begin seating 25 minutes prior to each ticketed showtime. During this time, guests may enjoy our signature Pre-show and place food or drink orders directly with the in-theater servers. Servers will check for your tickets so please have your order confirmation readily available on your phone for reserved seating.
At Nitehawk you can order food and beverages right from your seat using our flag system. You’ll find paper and pencils at each table – simply write down your order and post it up in the coil on your table during movie. Servers will discreetly collect your flags and fulfill orders throughout the screening. Towards the end of the film your server will come by to see if you need anything else, drop off your tab, and take care of payment before the credits roll. Our staff is pretty awesome so please remember to tip your server!
All of our theaters are accessible by elevator and can accommodate wheelchair seating. To ensure that the wheelchair seating is available for your showing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available for most movies and may be obtained at the manager’s office.
