HILARITY ENSUES: ACTION COMEDIES OF THE 2000s
Action comedies were once a staple of the American cineplex. The first decade of the 2000s seemed like a last gasp of this mish mash of genres, though the recent success of THE NAKED GUN bodes well for a revival.
In that spirit we present some of our favorites, ranging from the start of the new millennium with an iconic trio in a reboot of a late 1970s tv show to the rare good adaptation of a Saturday Night Live character.
