In the not too distant nightmarish future of 2017 John Brennick (Christopher Lambert) is sent to a maximum security prison for violating the strict one child policy. In this ever-expanding downward prison, run by the sadistic Prison Director Poe (Kurtwood Smith), Brennick must navigate laser bars, robot centuries with gun arms, and prison bully Maddox (Vernon Wells).
