Love Actually is a modern day holiday classic that follows the complicated love lives of eight couples in the lead up to Christmas in jolly ol’ London. Set against the comeback story of the once great Billy Mack and a Christmas themed version of his old hit song “Love is All Around,” these loved up or love lorn characters are all somewhat intertwined: there’s grieving, breakups, near hookups, long-time marriages versus first-time marriages, and first loves. At the holiday heart of it all, and just a darn good time, Love Actually is a celebration that love is indeed all around us!
