The Bad Brains are one of the best punk/hardcore bands to emerge out of the United States (specifically Washington, D.C.) in the late 1970s. Charged with energy, political messages, and of course the PMA, they were pioneers in the punk/hardcore/reggae music scene. Don’t miss our screening of legendary New York performances by the band in the two films: My Picture in the Movies, Baby (1979) and Live at CBGB (1982).
