HOW THINGS WORK AT NITEHAWK
Theaters begin seating approximately 30 minutes prior to each ticketed showtime. During this time, guests may enjoy our signature Pre-show and place food or drink orders directly with the in-theater servers. Servers will check for your tickets so please have your order confirmation readily available on your phone for reserved seating.
At Nitehawk you can order food and beverages right from your seat using our flag system. You’ll find paper and pencils at each table – simply write down your order and post it up in the coil on your table during movie. Servers will discreetly collect your flags and fulfill orders throughout the screening. Towards the end of the film your server will come by to see if you need anything else, drop off your tab, and take care of payment before the credits roll. Our staff is pretty awesome so please remember to tip your server!
All of our theaters are accessible by elevator and can accommodate wheelchair seating. To ensure that the wheelchair seating is available for your showing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available for most movies and may be obtained at the manager’s office.
