Seating and Exchange Policy
Please plan on arriving 30 mins prior to showtime. We have custom pre-shows to watch in all theaters while you get settled and start your order with our servers.
For RESERVED TICKETS: Please have your order confirmation email open on your mobile device. Servers will check your tickets and assist with finding your seats. No need to print your tickets.
For GENERAL ADMISSION (for select screenings only): Please print your tickets when you arrive at the kiosks or box office. Check with our staff to see where your show is lining up. Once in the theater, you are welcome to save up to 4 seats (including your own), as long as you possess up to 4 tickets (including your own). Have your friend forward their email confirmation to you if they won’t be there when the theater opens, so you can print their tickets (up to 4).
Once purchased, tickets are not eligible for refund. We can offer a credit for future visits if we are contacted a minimum of two hours before posted showtime with your request. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information regarding tickets.
How Things Work at Nitehawk
Theaters begin seating 30 minutes prior to each ticketed showtime. During this time, guests may enjoy our signature Pre-show and place food or drink orders directly with the in-theater servers. Servers will check for your tickets so please have your order confirmation readily available on your phone for reserved seating. For general admission seating shows you will need to print your tickets. During peak hours, we suggest arriving 30-40 minutes prior to showtime so you may find your seat and place your order before the movie begins. You may also enjoy a drink at one of our bars before we seat the theater.
At Nitehawk you can order food and beverages right from your seat using our flag system. You’ll find paper and pencils at each table – simply write down your order and post it up in the coil on your table during movie. Servers will discreetly collect your flags and fulfill orders throughout the screening. Towards the end of the film your server will come by to see if you need anything else, drop off your tab, and take care of payment before the credits roll. Or if you’d like to avoid being interrupted by the check during the climax of your film, our Dine & Dash system will allow your food and beverage purchases to automatically be charged to the credit card you used to purchase tickets. Our staff is pretty awesome so please remember to tip your server!
All of our theaters are accessible by elevator and can accommodate wheelchair seating. To ensure that the wheelchair seating is available for your showing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available for most movies and may be obtained at the manager’s office.
