Chaotic, unstructured, and stitched together from recycled home movies, static images, perverted camcorder fantasies and conspiratorial ramblings, it unfolds less like a movie and more like a psychotic broadcast from an alternate earth timeline — gloriously equal parts exploitation filth and cursed outsider art.
