Screw It, We’ll Do It Ourselves! 2.0

This second edition of Screw It, We’ll Do It Ourselves! (after its first edition in 2016) brings forth a collection of short films – helmed by emerging filmmakers living and/or working in NYC – that haven’t fully reached their desired film festival circuit.

Screw It, We’ll Do It Ourselves! 2.0 presents six ‘underdog’ shorts that delve into the darker side of human nature, in comedic and off-kilter ways. The shorts in this program potently explore latent & simmering tensions as well as looming dangers – through biting social critique, uncomfortable humor and unpredictable circumstances.
